Grievance Redressal Mechanism
Level - 1 (Department)

Students can report their Grievances to the Concerned Head of the Department either through E-Mail or in-person.

If the Grievances are not addressed, Students can report their Grievances to the Level 2 Mechanism.

Level - 2 (University)

Students can report their Grievances to The Registrar either through E-Mail (registrar@alagappauniversity.ac.in) or to the Dean - Student Affairs.

Students can report their Grievances on the Students Grievances Redressal Committee (SGRC) online portal - Click Here

If the Grievances are not addressed, Students can report their Grievances to the Level 3 Mechanism.
